Dr. Bettina Von Stamm
Bettina is the Founder of the Innovation Leadership Forum (ILF) and is hugely passionate about understanding and enabling innovation, particularly in large organisations. She has a first degree in architecture and town planning and an MBA and PhD from London Business School. In addition to numerous articles she has published three books: The Innovation Wave (2002), a text book: Managing Innovation Design & Creativity, 2008, 2nd ed and The Future of Innovation which knits together over 200 contributions from close to 60 countries into a colourful picture of the future of innovation.
Dr. John Bessant
Originally a chemical engineer, John has been active in the field of research and consultancy in technology and innovation management for over 25 years. He currently a Professor of Innovation and entrepreneurship at Exeter University. He has acted as advisor to various national governments and to international bodies including the United Nations, The World Bank and the OECD. He is the author of 15 books and many articles on the topic and has lectured and consulted widely around the world. His most recent books include ‘Managing innovation’ (awarded the ‘best book’ prize by the European Association for Creativity and Innovation) and ‘High involvement innovation’ (both published by John Wiley and Sons).
Dr. Gilles Spony
Forecasting the boom of current issues in cross-cultural mergers and acquisitions and the management of cross-cultural teams, Gilles’ has developed an analytical model aimed at analysing the impact of personality and cultural differences on managers’ decision-making style within the modern work context. His model represents a truly innovative step to adapt traditional personality profiling to the modern context of internationalisation and globalisation. His effort has been recently praised by the European Association of Personnel Management with the award of the best European thesis of the year 2001 in the field of International HRM.
Dr. Vena Ramphal
Vena is a choreographer, performer, creative consultant and cultural diversity expert. Vena works with entheo as a creative catalyst and facilitator. She brings a wealth of experience from her creation of programmes for emerging cultural leaders and personal and career development. With a PhD from SOAS, London University, Vena is a specialist in the power of “Thinking Approaches to the Dancing Body’. She also has a B.A. in History and Sanskrit.
Dr. Karen Stephenson
Founder of Netform Dr Karen Stephenson was hailed in Business 2.0 as “The Organization Woman”. She is a corporate anthropologist and lauded as a pioneer and "leader in the growing field of social-network business consultants." In 2007, she was one of only three females recognised from a distinguished short list of 55 in Random House’s Guide to the Management Gurus. In 2006, she was awarded the first Houghton Hepburn Fellow at Bryn Mawr College for her groundbreaking contributions to civic engagement. In 2001, her consulting firm Netform was recognized as one of the top 100 leading innovation companies by CIO.
Kieran Levis
Kieran Levis heads Cortona Consulting and is the author of Winners and Losers, Creators and Casualties of the Age of the Internet, which shows how new markets are created and identifies the success factors for those who create them. He has worked in the markets for new media and technology since 1980: as a business executive he devised and launched new ventures in online information and satellite television; as a consultant he has helped companies like HP, BT, Intel, Havas, the Open University and the BBC, and start-ups on both sides of the Atlantic, to evaluate opportunities and threats in new markets. Dr. Kirpal Singh
Dr. Singh is Director of the Wee Kim Wee Centre at the Singapore Management University (SMU) and sits on the Editorial & Advisory Boards of top journals. An international speaker and consultant for global organisations such as AMEX, L'oreal, IBM, Stan-Chart Bank, Fuji-Xerox and 3M, Dr. Singh is an integral part of the AII (Asia Innovation Initiative) and a Board Member of the IRFD (International Research Foundation for Research) a UN registered NGO. Dr. Singh is a highly reputed scholar and is the author of numerous articles, essays and books including THINKING HATS & COLOURED TURBANS: Creativity Across Cultures (2004).
