Founder, CEO
Natalie is the Founder of Entheo and has a background in marketing, business strategy and leadership development. She has worked for and consulted with some of the world’s leading organisations including American Express, BT, Logica, Coca Cola, Nokia and Vodafone. An experienced business facilitator, trainer and coach; Natalie works to unlock the potential of organisations and people to help them create new products and services whilst focusing on the development of innovation skills, capabilities and culture. With over seventeen years of corporate and consultancy experience, working in entrepreneurial start-ups, corporate incubators and as the former Head of BT Internet Strategy, Natalie is passionate about the application of ideas into tangible, practical and operational results. Natalie has three degrees; a BA Hons in Politics, an MSC in Economics and Social Psychology and an MBA. She is also a Master Practitioner in Group Dynamics and Non-Verbal Communication.

Finance Director
Carl has twenty years’ experience working in the arts and creative industries in a variety of financial management roles. Focused on developing a strong platform for sustainable growth, Carl is a specialist in creating and maintaining financial management systems, operations and IT. Prior to Entheo he worked for organisations including The Barbican and British Gas in a variety of accounting roles, and with the UK Local Government as a financial trouble shooter consulting with Head Teachers, Governors and the Local Authorities on the requirement for organisational restructuring within underperforming schools. In the last few years he has moved into working with entrepreneurial ventures in helping them set up and maintain financial and operational support systems.

Chairman
Neil has 26 years of Business Development, over 17 years of which have been at Executive & Board level. Neil has a portfolio of several successful fund raising and direct investments in IT, Media and E-commerce enterprises - building and exiting sustainable IT led businesses. He is an entrepreneur, executive, and ‘angel’ investor in rapid-growth Internet/IT businesses. As a builder of strategies, brands, management teams, technology platforms, and organisation cultures he recruits the right senior management teams to develop sustainable international businesses. Neil has a pro-active operational support approach to help accelerate investment readiness for growth. Neil has had extensive experience in change management and organisational change through innovation as well as business negotiation, developing successful partnerships and Joint Ventures in international markets. As well as Entheo’s Chairman, Neil is currently Chairman & Co-founder at Profero Ventures, Non-Executive Director at GWE Business West Ltd and Owner of Simera Ltd.

Lead Facilitator
Michael is a lead facilitator and trainer within Entheo and specialises in helping individuals and teams to think, feel and act creatively in order to excel. A natural influencer, Michael engages others with passion and enthusiasm, while encouraging lateral thinking and big picture strategic perspectives. Working with clients such as Logica, Orange, CISCO and Lloyds Register Quality Assurance, Michael is skilled at utilising a wide range of management and behavioural tools to enable desired business change to take place. Michael has degrees in Law and MA in Integrative Psychotherapy and has worked throughout the UK, USA & Europe.

Commercial Director
Nigel has twenty-five years of experience working successfully with hi-tech companies, from innovative start-ups to larger corporates such as NEC, Intel and Cisco. In all cases he has helped businesses take new products or services to market and in many instances, as well as identifying new market opportunities, has helped to create or develop new products, services and customer support channels. This has included extensive global experience of identifying, motivating and managing reseller channels and direct sales operations. Since 1999 Nigel has been involved with harnessing the potential of the web both as a route to market and as a powerful tool for delivery of services both internally and externally to an organisation.

People Development Specialist
Ali's background is in research, change management and human resources and she has worked for, and on behalf of, a wide range of blue chip companies, government departments, NGOs and charities over a 25 year period. In addition to being a highly experienced qualitative and quantitative researcher, her passion for driving business success through its people has led to a specialisation in the creation and implementation of innovative and tailored 'people' strategies across a range of small to large scale, start-up and well-established enterprises. Ali holds a Joint Honours degree in Sociology and Social Policy from Durham University.

Designer, Trend Researcher
Viola approaches innovation from a designer’s perspective, bringing creativity, clarity and tangibility to client projects. With a background as a trend researcher she has a broad understanding of the effects of social, market and economical behaviour on market dynamics. Viola has specific expertise in guiding the creative processes within emerging and future business models such as open innovation and mass collaboration. Viola has a BE in Product Design and an MSc in Strategic Product Design. Clients she has worked for in the past include: Nokia, LG, NovoNordisk, Vodafone, Pace, Logica, The Design Council and Nesta.

Learning & Development Consultant
Daniel Wain is a highly experienced learning & development consultant, trainer and coach, with considerable expertise in the areas of employee engagement and employer branding. Previously he was Worldwide Director of Learning & Development at Research International, part of the WPP Group and one of the world’s top ten research agencies. With a Masters in Human Resource Development HRD, he also writes extensively on people and talent issues, including a regular column in ‘People Management’. Daniel’s passions include acting and writing plays and he has recently been commissioned to write his first non-fiction book on presentation skills.

Facilitator
Jarda is a facilitator, coach and creative catalyst. He has a background in leadership development and is an expert in cutting edge facilitation approaches such as Spiral Dynamics, Theory U and World Café. Jarda has worked as a facilitator, learning designer and graphic recorder with companies such as HSBC, KPMG, Shell and Thames Water as well as with developing student leaders at AIESEC across Central & Eastern Europe. Jarda is valued for his creative experience design and facilitation and for creating authentic environments conducive to learning and co-creation. He has two Master degrees in International trade and International management.

Managing Partner, Asia Pacific
Dave's expertise encompasses new venture design, investment finance, innovation, marketing and social sciences spanning four universities: Stanford, Berkeley, University of New South Wales and University of British Columbia. Since 1996, he's worked in venture capital firms, technology, and building and launching new enterprises in the Pacific Rim on all sides of the entreprenueurial fence, including being a business mentor and investor. He also worked in a Silicon Valley garage start-up during the '90s and is the founding curator of TEDx Singapore: Ideas Worth Spreading, co-founder of Fellowship of Inventors.org, and an innovation network InnovationWorthDoing.org. Concurrently, he teaches business strategy at The Royal Mebourne Institute of Technology. Dave started his career as an economist and global fund manager at the Monetary Authority of Singapore and holds a Masters degree in business, a BA (Honours Economics) and is a Certified Professional Marketer.

Trainer & Facilitator
Charles, is the current President of the American Society for Training & Development Global Network in Singapore (ASTD GNS) and is an experienced trainer and HR professional. He has worked with organisations such as Capitaland Group, Singapore Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and companies such as BP, CISCO and Sun Microsystems Asia Pacific. An English and Political Science graduate from University of Singapore he holds a Masters in Education (HRD) from the George Washington University in the USA and three other post graduate diplomas in Education; Personnel Management; and Communications, Advertising & Marketing. He is certified practitioner in Future Search, Large Group Systems Interventions, and DACUM Competency Mapping.

Client Development Director
Ramona Liberoff is an experienced global strategic marketer, consumer insights and change management professional. She has run global clients for Kantar, WPP's consumer insight division, and works closely with The Futures Company on strategic and company futures. Focus sectors include technology and media, retail and consumer goods. She has a master's degree from the London School of Economics in organisational and social psychology, and a master's degree in anthropology and art history from Yale University. She's passionate about helping organisations work better and make the most of global opportunities.
